The Unduk Ngadau Grand Finals was held in the Main Hall of KDCA’s Hongkod Koisaan on 31st May 2008. The contestants from all over Sabah represented their respective districts, including one from Klang Valley. Dressed in traditional ethnic costume, the contestants graced the audience with their charm and beauty in the most anticipated event of this year’s Kaamatan Festival.

May is cultural events galore for KK, and another event that I went to is the Kota Kinabalu Kaamatan Carnival 2008. This is the KK City level celebration. All of these events are part of the Kaamatan Festival 2008 leading up to the Grand Finale on 30-31 May 2008 at KDCA Hongkod Koisaan.
